Thanks bro, still gotta long way to go on my bench tho. I really wish I started training like this a long time ago, I would be much stinger now. I wasted the first 2 years on cookie cutter routines based around ISO lifts. Well I know now so better late than never

Not far from 220 on the bbl row man.. Keep rippin them up! (220 is a good number for us Aussies coz it translates to 100kg LOL :) )


What you reckon on front squats, you ever tried em? Coz I can't go atg with back but gave front a few sets and was able to keep back straight, stable core and had my ass on my heels basically. Seriously shocked I may be able to rack up some sweet atg :D

Jumped on the scale today and I'm actually down 1lb from last week. Weighed in at 188, the only thing I can think of is because I raised my aromasin dose up back up 12.5mg ed and I dropped some water. But the irritation in my left nipple is gone so that's good lol. Just barely got the last rep up on my last set of squats and stalled out on my ohp:mad:, I'm gonna hit a 10x3 next time and that should push me past 115 on the ohp. Was noticebly more fatigued today from the heavier squats and took just a little bit longer rest in between sets. Caught my second wind on the DL's thoough and killed the last 5 sets, I dropped the straps and seemed to have a better grip wiithout them.

Lmao, idk I guess so bro, its easier to adjust my grip when I drop the weight to the floor without the straps...if I ate anymore before I trained I'd puke lol

Slept like sh1t the last two nights, got probably 8 hours total and I felt it during the workout. Just didn't have enough energy for 10x3 on Bench. Diets been a little irradic too. Focus check, need to get back on track!
