I thought of you yesterday when I was rocking my $6 e-bay jersey and Ross jeans around the house. If SaladFork comes down I think we should force him to go to a Goodwill or Salvation Army.
 
Don't stress bro, just EAT, EAT, EAT!!! I was 6'1 @ 148 when I was 22 and now I am 240 and going to 260! You just have to eat and train!!!
 
I hate black people(no racist). One of the gyms I frequent is located in a ethnically diverse location. I can go in at any given time any day and be the only whitey in there. Most of those fuckers are jacked. A lot of them train and eat like shit too. I know this because I have befriended quite a few of them and they are oblivious to proper diet and training routines. Bench and curl variations and super high volume. Most of them are ripped to shreds and can hoist mad weight. I have noticed that a lot of them have shitty legs though, especially calves. It's not fair. Man I wish I was black.

I have years of education in molecular biology and physiology.. over a decade experience in the fitness industry with ~2k hours as a trainer and gym manager/partner thats says you're dead fucking wrong.

Pure fucking ignorance and wishful thinking.. its statements like that that create so much bullshit in the fitness industry and sucker guys into thinking with the right training and diet that can "get huge".

meh, i disagree with your anaylsis.
i eat like a horse...i'm constantly preplanning for meals, i pack a big cooler for work, i never miss a meal and have been like that for about 5 yrs.
put on about 50 lbs and i can't gain anymore.
permanatley stuck at around 190
it works for my height i guess but still, i'd love another 20lbs.
and not saying this is you, but i notice juicers making claims like "no such thing as a hard gainer" and the like...that's easy to say when you're hitting the sauce

Eating to be a body builder is an art itself. Most guys like you and I bino find it almost impossible to eat 5000+ cals a day on a clean diet. I'm not built like that, I know I never will be. I just set realistic goals and stick to it.
