btw gettin into shape takes consistency/ dedication and time, time,time - everybody wants a quick fix and jus becuase you undereat and dont know how to train dont make bs up.

everybody can grow - takes time
I've been lifting since march 1982
I've done some modest test here and there (started at age 39)
I workout about 3 times every 2 weeks
and keep a nice physique because the base was built properly over the years
