genetics have a big role in effecting your body weight right? (question)

The only time throughout the day that I am hungry is when I wake up. I usually slam 10-15 grams of BCAA and hit the shower. After that the buffet begins. On non training days i only have one liquid meal. Pro+oats and walnuts. The rest is from whole foods. I shoot for two pounds of red meat a day. I am growing like crazy and I am not on the sauce. It is all about forcing your body to become bigger. If you want to be 260, then you need to eat like you are already 260. Sure you will gain some fat in the process, but once you are muscle bound that fat will strip off easily as long as you don't get above 20% bf. I have no desire to be a pretty boy 170 pounder with abs year round. I want to be a 260lb+ monster with abs and a big deadlift lol. I guess we all have our own goals and priorities.

If you create a demand in the muscle, and feed it, you'll grow.

I will list what I eat in no particular order... But this is really all my diet is right now (no red meats).

Egg whites
Oat Meal
Ground Turkey
Chicken Breast
Salmon/Tuna
Brown Rice
Soy Pasta
Ezekiel bread
Soy bread
Raw Almonds
Green Beans (raw organic)
Spinich Salad
Sweet potato/Yams (I fuggin hate them)

3.6.9 Omega 3 Flax (flavoring)
Braggs amino acid seasoning

Yeah but thought someone might like to know lol. I grow off this, but I also am like SouthernLord, I eat more than 2lbs of chicken aday. It's expensive, my weekly chicken bill is more than my weekly gas bill and I have a V8 lol.

thats why god invented sams club and cosco :)

i couldnt imagine my bill if i went to a local grocery store

I am 5'10" (more like 5'9" 1/2 :) ) and 218 at 14%. I am up from 190 this time last year. I have ran one 4 week cycle of Havoc. I gained about 9 pounds from that. No real cycles yet. I have seriously been fucking up the food. My grocery bill is about $150 a week before any supps lol. I plan on being around 240 this time next year. Then I will run my first cycle. Lofty goals right? Definitely attainable goals.

I went from eating ground turkey, tuna, and chix everyday to roast beef, beef brisket, and steak and it has made a world of difference. It is costing me an arm and a leg though. I was thinking about robbing a few gas stations to pay for my Beef habit lol.

Not at all bro, that's a good goal. And kudos to you for not jumping the gun and hoppin on the j00se. 240 before your cycle? Your going to be a monster!!!! I have faith with your attitude you will have no problem reaching your goals.
