General Q on my routine....

I'm 19, 210 lbs, 15% bf., no cycles, all natural

I've been working out (properly) for a little over a year. I've seen some massive improvements with my old routine. My brother took a lifting class at UT (austin) and he gave me a different routine. I kinda mixed mine with the one he mentioned. It goes as follows.

Mon/Fri: Chest/Tris/Abs
Bench
crunches
Incline Bench
Flys
(Machine) Tricep Pull-downs
Shrugs

Wed/Sat: Bi's/Back/Legs
Squats
Pullups
EZ-Bar Curls
(not sure of the name... but back kicks using a machine working hamstrings)
Lat Pulls
Standing Calves Raises

Sets/Reps:
2 weeks - 3 sets x 10 reps each
2 weeks - 3 sets x 7 reps each
2 weeks - 3 sets x 3 reps each
2 weeks - rest

Is this routine too much/too little? Does it suck? SHOULD I BE PLAYING DOMINOS INSTEAD OF LIFTING? hehehe... no seriously... please critique it and offer suggestions.

Also, if you could post your routine up here it would be greatly appreciated.

Is the pyramid method of lifting really greatest...? i.e. - 8 reps at 50% weight, 5 at 70%, 3 at 90% etc.

I'm focusing on mass building, not concearned about fat right now.

thanks.
