yeah my back is about my only good thing its where all my muscle is. gotta love squats deads and gms
. i am thinking about a medely but we are still working on form improving how fast we can do things with subtle changes. that and we only have 390 pounds of weights so that is not enough to cover 2 events with weights. but i think i may do this tire 80ft farmers 50 ft and then 2 stones. somethin like that till i get more weights and more stones.
