well today me and cliff trained again. today the events were stones, tire, farmers, and duck walk.

stone 5 sets of 2 stones 180 and 240 stone
tire flip 400-500# tire 10 flips in a row each then some playing
farmers 50 ft 150
duck walk 180 50 ft

that is all the pics we had a movie but it is 40 megs and i cant get it uploaded to my site right now.

this was our second week with the stones 2 weeks ago we couldnt pick up the 240 now we did it 5 times after the 180 each time. i wanna get another tire this week too, i think we will out grow that one pretty quick
