Fucking 100 Degrees In Gym!!!

Holy shit it was so freakin hot in my gym....the AC was not working.

I must have sweat a gallon of water....started cramping at the end of my workout doing abs.

I THINK I AM A LITTLE OUT OF IT RIGHT NOW....MUST DRINK FLUIDS!!!!

My university's main gym has NO A/C and the windows don't open. One of there reasons I joined a gym off-campus. What FOOLS designed that space? They're renovating it now to include some better ventilation.

That's ridiculous.

I too go to a gym that is air-conditioned, but the ac is underpowered and does a poor job. I complained to the staff and would you believe the guy had the hide to tell me that sweating and staying warm are a good thing. You don't stay warm at 55 degrees C, you overheat.

I just moved my home gym into a garage. Average temperature since doing that? Approximately 90 degrees everyday.

my schools gym is in our field house. no windows except for the one in the coaches office. but other than that theres only 2 doors. and theres always like 20 people cramped into a 50 by about 65 foot area with weights everywhere. now thats hot. then last week we had a bad storm and lost power and when it came on the damn furnace wouldnt shut off it cept running. just thought id share this

In my gym the upstairs cardio room is chilled like a fucking meat locker. The weight room has nothing, it's like a sauna and smells unbelievably bad. The gym staff want to watch the stiff nips of the cardio chicks (nothing wrong with that) and for the rest of us to be consumed by tropical diseases and mutated fungi.
