i have a 16 person party tonight at work....i get their orders fast, get everything right, and am friendly, the bill is $260 and what do they leave me? 3 fuckin dollar bills. Fuck them that is the second time this has happened to me. I hate working in a restaurant. It sucks and im ready to find another job

yea its 18% bro.

BUT they paid with a gift card first, 50 dollars, then the rest on a cc. When i swiped the gift card, it cancelled the gratuity for some fuckin reason and when they signed the check, they left everything blank. If the gratuity was on there and they signed it and left it blank i would have gotten the 18%.

INstead I got around 1.3% lol

That's your fault. They saw the bill and it had the automatic gratuity on it. So when they paid I doubt they realized it changed. Shoulda talked to your manager
