Day 11!

Chest and triceps;

Bodyweight dips, 10x10 (60 secs rest) I made all my reps, good improvement on last week

Tricep pushdowns, 10x10 (60 secs rest)@100 I put the weight up a good bit after underestimating last week, still made all my reps

This was another good workout, seeing some nice progress...

Diet;

8am 60g oats cooked in semi skimmed milk, one banana, whey shake and green tea

11am 3 eggs in a wholewheat pitta with brown sauce and green tea

1pm 2 bananas

3pm 75g dry weight wholewheat pasta tuna and spinach

5.30-6.15pm Workout, post workout shake with 75g dextrose 25g whey

6.30pm 75g dry weight wholewheat pasta tuna and spinach

8pm 1 large chicken breast 1 1/2 large potatoes broccoli and sweetcorn

9.30pm chicken and spinach in a wholewheat pitta with garlic and herb dressing

11pm 1 500ml tub ice cream 3 teaspoons cod liver oil

Still feeling good!
 
Day 12!

Deadlifts; Two sets 5reps@300 5reps@440 I knew I wanted to hit 440 today and was hoping for at least three reps, another good workout!

Diet;

8am 60g oats cooked in water one banana, whey shake and green tea

11am 3 eggs in a wholewheat pitta with brown sauce

1pm 75g dry weight wholewheat pasta with tuna and spinach

3-3.07pm workout, post workout one shake with 25g whey 75g dextrose

4.30pm 75g dry weight wholewheat pasta with tuna and spinach

6.30pm 2 eggs in a wholewheat pitta with red sauce

7pm 2 bananas one 25g whey shake

8.30pm one large chicken breast, two potatoes broccoli and sweetcorn

10pm 2 eggs in a wholewheat pitta with brown sauce

11pm 1 1/2 500ml tubs ice cream 3 teaspoons cod liver oil

My skin is still oily but looking better, I was happy with today's deadlifts, its the most I've lifted in a few months...

I generally try to keep my protein over 200g, fats under 150g and apart from that I'll tailor my carbs to whatever I feel I need for the day, I don't stick to a particular ratio or anything, I prefer to eat instinctively within those guidelines, if I feel recovery could be an issue, I eat more, if I'm not doing much, I'll eat less... Anyway I ran yesterdays food through myfitness pal and this is what it turned out to be....

also in interested in results thus far as im on day 11 and no real changes thus far, also what is your does as im due to up mine to 100mg 4caps on tuesday.
 
drewmaci; I've had a lot of people comment on my size this week, strength has gone up, I'll weigh myself in the morn and post my weight up with my log tomorrow, which is the two week mark

eoghan; 100mg seems to be a good dose!

Shoulders and biceps;

Shoulder press; three sets 8reps@70 7reps@70 8reps@70
Lateral raise; three sets 12reps@25 10reps@35 8reps@35
Cable front raise; two sets 8reps@22 12reps@22
Gironda pull-ups; two sets to failure (8reps)
Seated dumbbell curls; three sets 10reps@40 12 reps@35 12reps@35
Concentration curls; three sets, last being a dropset 6reps@40 8reps@35 6reps@40 dropset to 4reps@35 dropset to 4reps@30

Excellent workout, I'm really enjoying the selection of exercises in this split and I definitely seem to be making some nice gains

4pm 50g trimmed ham 2 bananas

6.30pm one large chicken breast, two potatoes, sweetcorn and broccoli

9pm one large chicken breast in a wholewheat pitta with spinach and garlic and herb dressing

11pm one 500ml tub ice cream 3 teaspoons cod liver oil


Everything seems to be moving in the right direction, still very little in the way of sides...
