10 MIN cardio
all supersets of 6/8/12/10 skip for one minute inbetween sets
calf raises 17lbs
leg extension 40lbs (finding if I put more weight on my bench it falls over :rolleyes:
leg curl 40lbs
squat 17lbs
travelling lunges 17;bs (had to drop the weight for the last four lunges in the last two set
skipping 10 minutes - it was still hard today but I got through it, legs went numb later than earlier this time IT STILL ROCKS

oh yeah, I do abs everyday to I just always forget to write them
3 sets of 20 normal crunches, and side crunches
For the leg extensions can you just to single leg ?

traveling lunges are FUN :evil:

Good morning, I would tell you but then you know the rest.... its not a big deal, I just know what it is from finally, rather not say. :)

Just had another cardio session, shoveled my driveway and made a fort with the kids, now for them to have some hot coco, a movie, and popcorn so hopefully I can do some studying!
 
Hi CK sorry for not posting been busy studing should have made the effort to post here though Sorry :(. Hope your side pain gets better. Good job with your workouts, i need to lean to skip im rubbish. I tried when i was fat and i could have been mistaken for a woman the way my tits were moving. Needless to say i havent tried since :)

Your sweet :heart: , it seems there are a lot of us busy these days, I too am studying for my first big exam!

You should try skipping now, I would like to say it works, however, it is too early to tell, but then 1 million boxers can't be wrong LOL. My tummy and butt giggle a little too much but big shirt and pants takes care of that problem. LOL.

I am going to see an arthitis specialist today, and may get an injection of cordison in my back, ug. But if it helps I am all over it. Haven't had the change to get back to the accu guy and my back is not doing good sooo. I have heard it works so I guess we will see.

Yup, gotta pick up all the toys and laundry and stuff. I still have to clean somethings, cause she would be here for like 10 hours if I didn't LOL. But my friend has her clean and she said she was amazing, even cleaned inside her lights. However, she only has 2 really small children so, I am sure that she won't be getting to the lights in my house.

Thanks, I am trying to be consistent with my weights now and not try do to much at once cause I find I can't finish my reps especially supersetting them, however, I am finding bumping them up 2 to 5 pounds over the month it just keeps on increasing.

two more weeks and I think I may have take some progress pics
