all supersets of 6/8/12/10 skip for one minute inbetween sets
calf raises 17lbs
leg extension 40lbs (finding if I put more weight on my bench it falls over
leg curl 40lbs
squat 17lbs
travelling lunges 17;bs (had to drop the weight for the last four lunges in the last two set
skipping 10 minutes - it was still hard today but I got through it, legs went numb later than earlier this time IT STILL ROCKS
oh yeah, I do abs everyday to I just always forget to write them
3 sets of 20 normal crunches, and side crunches
traveling lunges are FUN
