Thanks, it is easy when you are paying someone LOL, my trainer plans my month! now that the little one is in bed I have to try change my windshield wipers and a fuse in my van. I already screwed up and bought the wrong size for the back windshield wiper :rolleyes: Who knew they came in different sizes, oh well, here hoping I don't electricute myself changing the fuse, but then I don't even know where it is sooo this should be fun LOL.
 
Yup I just paid 200 dollars to find out my cat's tail probably isn't broken, excellent.

The way you have to install windshield wipers is the stupidest thing I have ever seen in my life, but that is done.

left the fuse thing for hubby, I think we need a new light too :rolleyes:
 
kick ass workout, almost barfed never, ever going to drink milk with my protein shake again right before her workouts. Usually I have a half hour before but she called and I went early, however IT ROCKED

all 4x10
sissy squats (which if anyone calls me a sissy for doing them I will knock them over cause they ain't sissy at all)
lunges with foot on the bench (at this point groning in pain and everyone was staring but I didn't care and stayed focus so I didn't fall over)
single leg extensions (don't even know the weight and don't care I was dying at this point but did them LOL)
some funky bike going easy fast/hard fast a whole bunch of times
leg curls (again don't know the weight but did them)

and it is official I almost fell down the stairs leaving the gym my legs were so weak I LOVE IT!!!!! :)

I know my trainer said to me "I bet you are wishing you had somebody elses legs right now" I said "Nope I love the feeling of pain after a workout cause I know I worked hard" sick I am!!

Thanks, trying, 4 babies and 10 kids at the day care all with snotty noses, I can hamdle poop, I can handle blood, but one thing I can't handle is snot so a lot of gagging (what a beautiful picture eh!) :) . My kid is in soccer now $250 dollars later and I am coaching, and I got a three page list from our accountant on what I have to do for year end, doing the wash, cleaning the house NOT going to happen today.

But painting with the girls and taking my oldest shopping is :) oh yeah and 60 minutes of cardio some where in there.

Legs again tomorrow but that will be my destresser and so will the cardio sometime today.

I think the mountains are looking kind of good this weekend, keep your fingers crossed for me!

FOOOOOD (all the carbs and eating at the right time), hee hee. that and attitude. I am not scared to try, before I didn't want to look stupid if I couldn't do it, but now I don't care LOL.

Your back reminds me of my pre cutting pics from last Feb. watery, FULLER, you can see it in the back dbl bi shot (post delt area for me)....

I never thought of that, hmmmm, I know I get in shoulders 2 a week once a month but usually both times it is all those exercises together. I know that my right shoulder is finally catching up to my left. Do you think if I added in an extra day I should just be focusing on each one like when I do my bis or something??? I can sneak them in, whatcha think?

Are there any other areas I need some specific attention to that you can see from the photos.

I really appreciate the feedback, this is what is all about, and I need all the help LOL. I really want to be more even if you know what I mean.

Do you carry a purse, or heavy stuff in your left hand more so then your right. It's unilateral... sounds like muscular imbalance.

Hmmm, never thought of that either, I am totally left handed, I do and carry everything on my left side, that also is one of my goals to get the right side as strong as the left because it is twice if not more than my right.

Well becuase you carry the heavy stuff in the left hand makes a heck of a lot of sense. See a massag therpaist and have them work on your neck. My assumption is that your levator (the muscle that elevates the shoulder blade) is more consistently in a contracted state and when that muscle gets chronic overload or fatigued.. you will get the case of a headache. You cal also look up levator scapula for a stretch you can do yourself...2 cents over

Cool, makes sense cause my accup. guy did something funky with my shoulder last time and my trainer told me with almost all of my exercises I am lifting everything with my shoulders, and the left one does bother me.

Now just to get in to get a massage :)

range for bulk should not be x 10 IMO, more like x 12-15 in which 2100 cals would be more like it.. not all at once either of you'll feel like a :cow: .. I can say that b/c I've done it, bulked for 16 weeks all the way back to 180 then I stopped weighing myself ... It was a bulk/refeed I enjoyed the heck out of every bite, sip & workout. It's a mental game, you have to prevail ALWAYS.

That is funny cause this morning I was trying to tell myself that looking for clothes to hide the tummy. hence the reason noooo ab shots posted LOL.


I am almost to the point where I might go into the figure comp, I don't know how much more muscle I want to put on. But then I don't want to loose what I have I think I am a good size now, (my hubby doesn't want me to get any bigger) but I do think need a little more on my legs but I don't want to be all gangly like I was in june/july AHHHHH LOL

80 percent there already I think, and it is my fault for not making the time for myself.

I haven't gone to the gym in 4 days now and tomorrow isn't going to happen either, but making another schedule on monday to get everyone and everything fitted in so this never happens again.

With the start of soccer, the MRI, the course, and getting sick, as well, with year end coming up, , halloween, and the new job it kinda put things in a spin this week.

Thank you for the compliment about being motivated, I don't know if it is motivation or just being crazy at this point LOL :heart:

I am going to add this cause I think it is important too, though life may be a little bit hetic right now, I am thankful and truly blessed for being able to do all the things I can do. Not a lot of people get the opprotunities that I have, I know part of it is my ability to make the things happen when I want them. But the other half is truly my family and I wouldn't be able to do a lot of things without them....

so on that note I except this award..... LMAO!
 
So I am not sure what to do, the coach for our team is totally disorganized, doesn't know kids names or numbers, plays or anything. He was so disorganized we were late starting.

We were slaughtered 7 to 2. Now I am assistant coach and this is new to me, when I was coach I had the whole season pretty much planned or at least the line up before a game. am I asking too much. Not sure what to do, I asked him what we are doing for next practice and he has nothing yet!!!

HMMM. any suggestions????

Well usually after a game you can discuss things that need to be focus on at practice.
Shooting, Passing, defense drills, corner kicks, (I have NO clue the age of players)... I'm going to guess and say defense is an issue and the goalie needs work. Was this the first game? names & #'s should be pretty down by game 3, sooner if practices happen 1-2 times a week.

This is all very generic btw...

u12 are the players, and yup our defense sucks, one of the players (defence) on our own team told me to shut my mouth cause I told him he could not scream and belittle the other players. Can you say benched him the first game. First game, I am just in the process of printing off a whole bunch of lesson plans, drills and practices for u12. Me thinks I might have influence our coach a little. :)

eating - like complete crap just sat and sun, my husband and I got really sick of eating healthy (tuna, chicken, brown rice, whole wheat, rye, melba) not the fruits though we love fruit.

We are eating all the processed boxed foods you can buy, and we drank last night he bought me a huge ass corona :) just his weekend.

one to get it out of our system and two cause we are sooo busy right now, which isn't a great excuse cause we are really no busy then we were before, honestly we are just being LAZY.

But at our directors meeting last night, hee hee, we agreeded that this sucks and we could literally feel the trans fat seeping out our body and I am happy to report we are totally over the whole eating like crap doing nothing.

Sounds like we had a similar weekend, CK, and like you I can tell that I am also over the whole eating like crap. I think everyone just needs a break to get it out of their system once in a while.

I know this is gonna sound cheesy anyway I say it - But you inspire me. You are a hot, buff, motivated 'soccer mom' who does it all. I am so impressed by women like you. If you can do it, there is no excuse for the rest of us not too.

Five or eight years ago, I would not have said this as my own buff, single mom was arm-wrestling my boyfriends (and winning) but ya rock lady...... !!!!!!

Thank you, missed your post there LOL. Yup, we needed the break, however, we also need to find more interesting ways to eat healthy. It was funny cause we listed the foods we eat EVERY week and we laughed cause we are both sick to death of chicken breast and tuna and then we saw a report about it being a good idea to limit tuna to like once a week, sometimes I eat it 6 times a day! :rolleyes:

He is taking the kids grocery shopping tonight while I go to the gym (feel sorry for the bugger, HEe hee) so it will be interesting what foods he actually does buy. We have no food left so for supper tonight I threw everything together.... I made beef, tomatoe sauce, whole wheat noodles and potatoes with some chili spice (kinda a home made hamburger helper) it tasted really, really good so I am assuming it must of been bad :)

and the gym break, both hubby and I needed it, we are really worn out right now and really too tired but I am forcing him and I too go to get back into the swing of things.

Thanks again, the course is exactly what I am doing right now with the business so it will be nice to see what I am doing wrong and right LOL.

Back on track today, plus I think yesterdays foods were realitively good with the exception of mushroom soup gravy, but that isn't tooo bad.

It feels good to sweat and barely be able to walk again!!!! :)

Good morning! I keep getting headaches to...I think mine are allergies...gotta love when he takes the kids shopping...you never know what he might come home with yikes....

Great news. I didn't mean good in the sense of healthy :D
Hearty eating b4 a big day has helped me leave my @$$ imprint on the floor with the big wheels on... I will be increasing that shortly as well. :verygood:

What the heck is up with all of us and headaches... CK, SBT, GG, myself... maybe it is seasonal I think mine is sinus related. CK we know what your's is ;)

Still, I gotta say after eating like crap for a couple of days and not really crap but from a box crap, I feel like I am detoxing my body right now, it doesn't feel as sluggish and all that good stuff if you know what I mean. But I gottcha on the hearty eating, it rocks to a point.

I am officially wearing my hubbies jeans cause nothing fits on my legs anymore. It looks funny cause the waist is sooo damn big. The good thing about it is I know the difference when my legs are fat and muscular, I don't have cellulite on them YAHOO!

Yeah, four kids LOLOLO just joking hee hee.

It is official my kids are sick and I probably will have to call in sick to work tomorrow.

So soccer practice was cancelled and it is tomorrow so I had to cancel with the trainer for tomorrow....and daughter is sick so no work at daycare tomorrow which I am not at all sad about cause it is to crazy there and I dread going so I don't know how much longer I will be doing it for.

assisted pull ups 4x10 (DIDN'T HAPPEN :rolleyes: )
bent over with dumbbells 4x10 going for 40lbs PR, PR PR
supermans 4x10
military press 4x10 20lbs (22LBS!!!!)
rear delt fly 4x10 10lbs
side lat raise 4x10 going for 15lbs (DID 10LBS)
front lat raise 4x10 going for 15lbs (DID 10LBS)


wednesday is soccer practice and 60 minutes of cardio

thursday is biceps and triceps
10 min cardio
all 4x10
barbell curl 80lbs
dips
hammer curl 25lbs
kickbacks 20lbs
overhead extension 15lbs

friday is 60 minutes of cardio

saturday is 30 minutes of cardio

Good news is I am almost done all the crap work involved with year end! YAHOOOOOOO!!!!!
