Feastage one enjoyed way too much! While preparing for tomorrow my hubby started laughing and grabbed the camera and took a pic of me. I asked, why???? He started laughing and said I looked prego. Oh my god do I ever LOL I am keeping that picture, I am soooo bloated.

Looks like with the spread your having I am going to have to smack you too! :) :heart:

Well, I only had One drumstick & two pieces of ham. Very little potato, some veggies. But the dessert, OMG. I didn't have apple bar or cheesecake, but the Pump-kin pie was to die for & I had a small slice of Lemon Mirangue.
But the MIL sent some of everything home with us :( :) .

We're having leftovers tomorrow (today?) so It'll be a bit the same, but not as much. Resume program on Tuesday. But I'm planning a hella long bike ride for tomorrow, supposed to be good weather.
MIL is no relation at all to MILF, except for Mennonites, LOL.
You have another chowdown tomorrow?

Hopw things are good Ck. I see you got a new PR welldone hun. Your workouts are looking good aswell. I need to have a look round for one for my missus as she seems to be doing alot of cardio since i started the 5 x 5 and i think she feels a little lost doing other things on her own. She started doing the 5 x 5 with me last week but i think she needs a diffrent regime although she likes the squats only lifting light (90lbs) but shes never done them before so wants to get used to them a little. Anyways hope your having a good day.

Thanks, things are getting back on track! That is pretty awesome for squats, I don't even think I could squat 90lbs, I usually only do 45lbs and am going to just start putting weight on the bar! I love working out with my hubby when we can, we push each other and end up having a great workout.
 
Well today was an awesome day, but from eating yesterday, and then today I am going to die! I didn't eat a lot today but eating a little bit of everything at the supper table did me over.

My stomach is soooo sore. haven't had that much (which really wasn't a lot) at one sitting in a very long long time. Hopefully it will be gone by tomorrow, I literally feel like puking. My hubby said it was because my stomach has shrank because I eat small meals all day long and have for a very long time and to eat one large meal probably shocked my stomach.

But it still was an awesome weekend! I can't wait to hit the gym tomorrow.

They screwed up with registration so my oldest boy may not be playing indoor soccer, but that is ok, they are all getting signed up for swimming.

My daughter is officially potty trained!!!! she just decided last week to.

October 11

Trainer day, I am assuming it is shoulders day.

So I come home from the gym last night to find that my daughters emptied all the clothes from everybodies drawers and put them in their room while hubby was on the phone (i didn't even ask him how long he was one the phone for). :rolleyes: They are just screaming and crying upstairs, and I find out that my hubby sent them to bed because my 4 year old and 2 year old wouldn't clean up the mess by themselves. hmmmmmm DUH. There is a mountain of clothes on their floor. Told him I would take care of it tomorrow. DUMB thing to do.

So this morning, I go to get dressed for my first day on the job, do you think I can find any of my clothes???? :)

and I have had a total of 5 hours of sleep for the last two days and I have to go take care of a bunch of kids, EXCELLENT!

COFFEE, COFFEE, COFFEEEEEE :)
 
that absolutely blows ck...sorry to hear! i was thinking kids would be great if you can like pause them while you need to do things....like that movie remote control with adam sandler....

Daycare today:

Me versus 5 toddlers and 3 babies - tooooo many babies, the babies all started crying all at the same time, I had to call someone in to help me until they all settled down. I told the owner if there were that many babies again I am definitly going to need some help but other than that it was fun. I must say though any ounce in me that wanted another baby is now gone. :)

now to go supervise my kids and clean up some clothes. I am tired but looking forward to the gym tonight!!!!

jpt - the kids weren't the problem last night :) How a 4 year old and 2 year old were able to do all that in the first place was LOL.... and I am the perfect mother too LOL

Look at the post below :) about to drink a whole bunch of it right now. Gotta clean the house tonight too, 90 day inspection for the house is tomorrow, they are a little late, but it works out ok we found more deficiencies with our home. Tried to take a nap today but they are building a house next to us and it was way to noisy, arrrrr. sleep I want sleeeep.

Should not of said anything about potty training my daughter, she peed in our bed LOL.

It wasn't trex or cardio breeze but something similar to trex.

I was really embarrased, actually only sassy knew about it. I only took one for three days and then I was supposed to take 2 for three days and bump it up or something, well on the fourth day I took two and almost had really bad heart issues (I have a muscle bridging over a vein on my heart, which constricts flow with excess activity, already knew about it), so it wasn't the wisest thing to take but I had noooo idea it would do all that or I would not have taken it.

Oh shuddup!!!! No need to be embarrassed sweetie!!! Neither of those products have ephedra in it, was the one you took Epherda based? I am curious to know which on .. PM if you must. For YOU stay away from any Ephed based supps period, without even knowing, just based on on you health history.

The doctor figures that there was ephedra in it but it wasn't listed or at least I didn't see it cause I did check cause I know not to take that stuff, so I don't know. It was a really shitty and scary experience to sum it up and I won't be taking anymore suppliments because of it.

CK I honestly think you should grill the people about what you take & possible sides...you KNOW me and I would NEVER push anything harmful to you, Cardio Breeze included.

I love you to pieces but I will say NOTHING further if you are still smoking and you adhere to that ^ statement. :heart:

Depending on the brand & additives ... the EGCG by AF one of the BEST out the for purity not like the others... if you mean beverage wise... only one I know is RAW and was recommended for my cancer , taste putrid.. I prefer the caps.

Not smoking and I hear YAH!!!!! :heart: trainer just called I get to see her early, so I am off!!!!

back extension military press 3x10 5lbs
rear delts 3x10 5lbs
ezbar curl against the wall elbows close to body but pulled out that makes sense 45lbs

she showed me the proper way to do abs without my lower back hurting YAHOOOOOOO!!!!

I'm playing catch up and unless I misunderstood something it appears that you are still smoking.........WTF?

here's my $.02

1 - Prepping for a comp is much harder than quitting smoking cold turkey.

2 - I quit smoking cold turkey & I could never survive the torture of competition prep.

3 - You're prepping for competition so quitting cold turkey should be a cake walk for you (fat-free low-carb cake of course).

......and don't even try making excuses about why you still need to smoke cuz it's bullspit and you know it. - - been there, done that.

just consider it a "nicotine depletion cycle" ;)

I figure it would be funny to look back and yup it is! mental mental mental on some days, especially at the beginning. I just wrote how I was feeling at the time of a craving and actually still do to this day and the reason why, and how over came the craving, try give my husband an understanding (he has never smoked).

There is a huge difference between taking one and taking two Trex at the same time. We encourage people who want to go to two to take them 4 hours apart and then move the time closer each day by an hour.
There is also a warning on the label not to use the product if you have a heart condition. It's unfortunate that it jolted you like that.

It was called "RIPPED" and I just read the label again, "says do not take if you have cardiac conditions" I didn't think that ment mine, given it is sort of a different case. Yup I know stupid on my part, but I learned the hard way. :rolleyes:

One of the biggest reasons why I am sooo embarrased is because of my kids. We preach to them how I have been working soooo hard and look at the results and then I went and tried something like that. I normally wouldn't and don't care who takes or doesn't take supplements, and I probably would too if I could too, however, we tell our kids not to take any drugs or stuff like that and look what I did :rolleyes: Plus for the fact, I read the label and was to dumb not to research into further before trying.

Thank you thank you, I am going to try that weight tomorrow and maybe more, I have been holding back and I am not going to anymore, why you ask, cause I am always scared the weight is going to fall on my head. LOL, but going to try and see what happens. :)

I get that too on my last sets, with bench press & with squats. Those are the only 2 I'm afraid of, yet I keep pwning them :redhot: :kaioken: :chomp:

Thanks, that is what I am going to try, you know the "Youcould probably do this weight (higher weight) but the weight you are doing is a sure thing so you stick to it" mentality I have been stuck at toooo long.

Sometimes when I'm workin out, I'll just throw on an extra 5%, just because. More often than not, I get what I want.

CK - I totally freaked about putting two 25-lb plates on the bar and benching it. Two tens and a five on each side seemed friendlier somehow....

Thanks I was thinking about you guys too when I went, it worked really well, I don't lift again till monday, cardio all weekend but I am excited!!!!!
 
So my daughter might of broke her ankle (sister pushed her on the stairs and well she fell down them), halloween festival off till tomorrow, hospital on, still going to carve pumpkins and 60 minutes of cardio today.

Good news is that she slept in our bed last night, dad had to sleep in hers (ha ha) and it was the best sleep I have had in 7 days, passed out at 10 woke up at 8 yahoo!

I really, really, really, really hope it isn't broken :worried:

I hope it isn't broken too. whatever happens, make sure she does the physio religiously. My daughter went through sprained ankles & didn't follow through on the physio. She's paying for it, big time.

Well we call her "tiny tim" she is fine the little bugger. She went to the festival and as soon as she saw a pumpkin thing she could jump in and rope she could climb she was all over it. Then after proceeded to limp again LOL. We kinda noticed before we left to the doctor that she would limp sometimes and not others. so decided to wait. Well she woke up today and she was all smiles saying her leg felt better. Little bugger. :)

Kids milk it, when they remember :lmao:. But they also heal & recover a lot faster than we do.
Glad she's OK.

October 16

Today with trainer but by the looks of things I am doing chest and tris (arrrrr, my chest is still sore from friday)

- bought trainer candle holders for a b-day gift, the gift that keeps on giving, I didn't know what to buy her but she told me a long time ago she really likes candles

-dropped my older daughter off at gramas for a sleep over, a much needed one for her and us LOL. she is needing some one on one with grama. But it works out cause today I get to spend some with the younger one, tomorrow with my older one and sunday with the younger son. Got all that HEE HEE.

- take cat to vet, she has a broken tail (girls picking her up too much and I am assuming the wrong way at some point :rolleyes: My daughter bawled but it is good cause she won't be picking the cat up anymore.

I am going to bump up the weight all week and see what happens

might be going to the mountains this weekend, either friday or saturday or not at all but I think we all need some time away, especially hubby, he is a little stressed (maybe he should be the one to go away) I mean that in a loving way, he needs some destressing time and maybe bringing the kids isn't the best thing. LOL
