Well, I only had One drumstick & two pieces of ham. Very little potato, some veggies. But the dessert, OMG. I only took one for three days and then I was supposed to take 2 for three days and bump it up or something, well on the fourth day I took two and almost had really bad heart issues (I have a muscle bridging over a vein on my heart, which constricts flow with excess activity, already knew about it), so it wasn't the wisest thing to take but I had noooo idea it would do all that or I would not have taken it.
