hammer curl 25lbs
PR
military press 20lbs
overhead extension 20lbs -
ended up being 10lbs
rear delft fly 15 lbs
(actually 10LBS but still PR!!!!)
bicep curl (25lbs) haven't been able to this for awhile
I LOVE IT!!!! again, oh yeah, oh yeah!!!!!!
