She killed me tonight, none of what I wrote down we did.
This is what we did instead....
10minutes on jacobs ladder
squats on a half ball holding a medicine ball 3x10 each side
lunges 3x10
jumping up on bench squats 3x10
lunges using bench and half ball 3x01 each side
ab thingy using roller going to floor and back up
My legs collasped from under me!
Her explaination of carb ratio:
something about holding water in the muscles or something. ahhhh, I can't remember. I am emailing her tomorrow to explain better, I was dead at the end of the workout and can barely walk, which is awesome, but I couldn't make out what she was saying.
