I'm they're used to it.. My trainer used to sprint and he can jog for a LONNNGGGG time!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can do 90min straight.. I feel it the next day though.. Ouch nedd a :coffee: Hope you're better Flor baby! :heart:

Legs do feel better today.
I ate horrible yesterday!!! We went to football game yesterday (I won't say soccer LOL, or GSE might come and :velvett: me...:lmao:
The thing is here in Mexico almost as in UK, football is THE game...So besides watcing game you eat eat eat...I had some potato chips and steamed peanuts...
Strange I know...They are steamed or boiled in water without being peeled...They are not even good because they have no salt and have strange texture...
I had to confess... :mix: :chomp: :splat:

Flor I am not a professional sprinter but my legs are built for them. I have no problem running or sprinting anymore.

After I do sprints I want to jog to cool down, sometimes that even feels better than walking. If you just started sprinting your body will def. have to adjust. AND STRETCH your legs & hip flexors for sure.

I am not going to get all techincal about fast/slow twitch maybe someone else can. Sorry Im tired & just wanted to say hi .. then I saw sprints & got excited. SO MUCH BETTER to do outside ...

I would not recommend jogging for 90 minutes unless you were in training for endurance type events. :)

Unless of course you EAT to accommodate for it, so you don't eat up the muscle on those lovely legs of yours.

Best of luck with your picture session in 2 days in case I forget to tell you :heart:

Thanks for all advice...NO I Do NOT JOG for 90 minutes, I have done it once in a blue moon, I was just saying I am able to do it if I need to...Say weekend trip that is mtn. bike etc...

90 min on treadmill is done is once a week.. Could never do it everday.. 45min to an hour every other day..

Anyway enjoy the day.... ;)

I am soooo proud of myself! I carried and moved a "half orange pot" with soil and plant all by my little prescious self! Besides being slippery because (green thing that grows on wet tile) Forgot the word in english...LOL..."lama" in spanish...
Anyway it must weigh like 100+ Lbs.....The hard thing is the size like :idea: say maybe 3' diametert...
I think it was a good move!

Yeah.. I finally had a piece of dessert that was worth it yesterday. Triple chocolate torte something or rather. The other desserts here are mostly pastries, fruity, and creams... I don't dig any of that. Unfortunately to be considerate of the hostess I had to eat a bunch of that junk that I don't care for. Sorry about your uncle!!
 
Hey girl! Just checking in -- any change in cardio is definitely partly a conditioning thing. Just give it time - I've had times where I literally wanted to die doing various cardio eqpt but after a while an hr on any one of them is a walk in the park.

Sorry to hear about your family situation but congrats on your progress!

I did weights, ran errands, and then went back and did some cardio...
Hilly park 5K jog really, not considered a run...Legs feel abit heavy so I'm going to go spin them on the bike for a while.
I am home alone and UFFFFF, enjoying it...catching up on sleep...
Cals have been low tho...Water has been good! 72 oz. so far...

I ate like a pig yesterday...4 enchiladas...real mexican enchiladas...stuffed with requeson...which is like ricotta (so it was soft cheese)...and garnished with lettuce and natural cream...radishes and lots lots lots of chile....
Real mexican chile is the long dried chile used for pizza sprinkles(?)...
It is cooked until soft then it is pureed with water and salt....HOT HOT HOT...

Now back to lifting...weights have been good, maybe glute workout needs a bit more weight...I am leaner, yet the bootie seems to be losing its plumpness...I think too much cardio is eating it up....

Easy to make...you just need a pan, thin tortillas, chile mirasol..(It only gives them the color and is NOT HOt)...the hot one is the one you add after you cook them...
For filling it can be ricotta, lettuce and cream...OINK OINK

My main concern...Show them I look good...better than them, and PRETEND I was born this way...

What if I cut back a bit on carbs, will that help? Or will I just look flushed out?

Hi! I did HITT today, it was great! Pace Max...@ 2:22...Ouch!
Quads are sore!! So are calves..did some push ups and dips bench to bench.

If you want to look uber hawt on a particular day next week -- you might do a couple days of low carb (e.g. "carb deplete") and cut your water as well and then 2 days before your "big day", start loading complex carbs - e.g. 2-300 g yams or something across the 2 days -- w/ the carb & water deplete you will start to loo flat, but when you start adding back in the carbs, it helps you fill out in the muscles and also pulls some of the water out of your skin as well -- that's how bodybuilders get great definition but still fullness.

I'd also NOT do cardio or train the day before your gig - especially cardio tends to make me look watery in the legs - meaning that you have fluid moving around and your legs can look a bit swollen or squishy the day after cardio -- do you ever notice this when you get a massage? It takes a day or two for all the fluid that was "activated" to settle down. (LOL sorry for the weird attempt at the scientific explanation)

Does anyone know how this happens or how it happens?
Workouts have been missed and in lieu, I have done HITT and pilometrics at park, diet had been 70% clean only 2 cheats, yet I am leaner in middle section, and feel smaller.
I do feel like some fat has been lost in upper body, yet lower body seems to sag.
Can you lose both fat and LMB at the same time? I always thought you would lose LMB and gain fat%.

I have one goal...Tight tush...so be it!
Tight diet and H2O hand by hand...I know age sucks in terms of beauty, skin and that exterior stuff...So I can only do so much...Not Dorian Grey here :lmao:
So I will do what I can to keep inside the parameters of being tight and lean.
I will not compare myself to models, or bodies half my age...
I will be happy I can move & have a nice place to live, gym, food, & shelter...
I will be my own cheerleader, and cherish myself.
I must repeat that daily...like 10000 times...

Tanning bed..yes I know..20 minutes.
M2: 3 egg whites 1/4 c oats w/ water 7 almonds.
24 oz. french roast coffee...
going to try and have some more water....
