Leg workout:
Squats - 3 sets of 6-8 - 6 TUT
Hacks - 3 sets - of 6-8 - 6 TUT
Lunges - 2 sets 12-15
Leg Curls - 2 sets 6-8 - 6 TUT
Stiff deads - 3 sets of 6-8 6 TUT
Seated Calf Raise - 4 sets 10-12 6 TUT

I am crawling....and I am not begging anyone...LOL...That workout was murder...

Diet is good, BF mom came over for lunch so made Beef...
Filet mignon with basil, and somekind of mushrooms I have no name for them in English, but they look like fans...LOL....I put sundried tomatoes and mozzarella on them, and broiled them.
Also made mashed potatoes, and peas...
She must think I am starving her son!
I just had one filet and some peas, 1/4 of the mushroom...
It was sunny outside so we had luch on terrace...

Had M4: at 6:50 pm, Met-Rx bar, and I am dying with gastritis...I think it was because I took so long to have the meal, stomach fills up with acid, I get sooooooooooooo cranky...kin of like a bay who has colics...

Standing calf raises - 4 sets of 15-20 6 TUT LOW weight right achilles tendon is still a bit sore....110 lbs.

I did cardio on empty and 2 T-REX...Must say I run/jogged 5K..31:34...318 kcal.
Then I did shoulder workout...Kcal 137

*One arm lateral raise(inclined & standing) 5lbs. DB X 15 6TUT (hope it makes sense)
*Arnold press 3X15 15Lbs.
*Standing Frontal Alternating Raise 10 Lbs. X 10...keeping back straight legs a bit bent at knees, so I would not use as lever(??)
Abs and finally...came home to eat...LOL

M1: 4 egg whites
1/2 C oats
Coffee...

Water so far 24 oz.

M2: 1 zone perfect bar...

I had a great morning! Followed some friends who were competing ina 1/2 marathon, around the city...It was a good recreational cardio morning...
After that followed BF for his road bike w/o....
Came home showered and went to Country Club, for lunch...
Of course I ate junk...cheese really...
We just had "snacks"...and did not make it to the protein...
Stomach is now upset...growling...and now I am hungry!!! :chomp:
It wa a nice lunch BF & I looked Hawt..... :)

Ended up only going for 1 day..!! The shoot got cut down to one model.. It was great.. Spanish steps shoot is in 2 weeks now.. I'll be here for 2 weeks posting and bugging you all day!!! ;) Thanks for that Flor.. Hope you feel better! :heart:

(sauteed diced tomato and mushrooms) pureed in blender with cilantro and chicken broth...once in saucepan added sliced mushrooms, and He will have mozarella cubes in soup...
I will just watch and drool!!! ja ja ja...
Ground chicken with cilantro mix, grilled of course, and peas...He too will have more...sniff sniff..100 gr. potato.

it takes courage to cook really well and just watch someone else enojy it!!!

I was thinking on Jog back home legs were SO heavy...
My thoughts were all questions...
1. Does a aprinter feel his legs this heavy when He/She jogs?
Because their strong point is explosiveness right?
So when they jog are they really bad a t it? Like they suck?
I am good at sprinting, but when I jog...HEAVY LEGS. IF THEY LOOKED HOW I FEEL THEM...BRONZE IN FITNESS, :lmao:
2. Do distance runners feel their legs heavy when they need to sprint?
Heaviness - Is it all about fast- slow twich cells?
 
The heaviness in your legs depends also I think on what kind of workouts you have done for legs either that day or the day before... because the other day on the treadmill I was doing sprints and felt like I had bricks in my shoes :lmao:
