I am not being silly! LOL...You have no idea what it-s like living in my society....being 39 and above average looks...
I am tire from the trip, I was so "aware" all the time that I am almost dragging me feet...I was out in the rain since a little before 7:00 until around 10:00, and weather changed every 20 minutes...I have a sore throat, So I will begin workout on Monday...

Does anyone know how I can calculate calories for homemade chicken soup? Broth?
I am going to take a nap....

M2: I had a giant cup of homemade chicken broth 0 fat...made by me only chicken breasts with zucchini, carrots, oregano...Good good good! Squeezed 1/2 lime and yum yum.

Ola mamacita!! As for calculating soup macros, what I do personally is add the ingredients separately into fitday, such as broth, chicken 1 cup, chicken breast, cooked, 4 oz., etc etc
 
Thanls Jens! I will be doing that manana! I am still in bed....can you believe it? No one in my family can! I have slept more than have had food...water intake pretty ggod like 72 oz...for being asleep good don't you think?

Good Morning!
Well...lol....I made it throught the night! I don't think I had ever been this tired! The best thing about it is that I can rest! Now staying in bed is a big achievement for me....Today BF got ready for a bike ride, and I for the first time in a long time wanted to get dressed.
(I had been tired yet responsible, and done my thing....)So as I was saying for the first time in a long time I WANT TO GET DRESSED....other days it had been a chore, a complete task getting in the shower....UGH I can now say..?><:{_)(*&^%$#@!!! the shower in a hurry....so I am taking today off also. Tomorrow will be U2's Beautiful day as I jog to the park and get some HITT done!
Have only had coffee today...going to take T REx now...and Zzzzzz....
I am an issue!!!!LMAO

I didn't even watch tv before....I had cable at my house....but BF is technology crazy...as all men..huh? So he tries to get the best there is, and man this dish is just onething after the other. What I like best is the pause in the middle of a show.....

Ok I did go to the park with a double layer of sweats and windproof insulated jacket...people must think I am a nut, because it was like 80 degrees....so what i was cold! It was a good jog for 20 minutes and did some HITT on stairs....
M:2 one apple coffee..
I know it was bad but I landed a nail appointment and got manicure pedicure and fake nail refill...
M:3 1/2 met-rx bar
Now I am making lunch ground chicken patties with paprika and mixed veggies....

Hello everyone, NO I have not abadondoned Shadow's Project...I have not been lifting because I was sick, and oh my goodness so tired....
I have been doing HITT and frog leaps, one legged jumps, and side to side runs...( kinda like football players do)...I have been really sore and feeling a bit down. Family matters...sniff sniff...The type of issue that has no resolution and just keeps on hurting the heart, the EYES man those tears just pop out like they have permission to invade my body! I am trying so hard to bury feelings that have resurected....
Diet has been partially clean, have not logged into fit day and I know that macros are low.Jeans are loose, any normal person would be happy, I am guessing muscle is shrinking and ffat deposits may be happy about it...I would worry....
We are having electricity problems today , so I am waiting for CPL to come by...in the mean time I am trying to catch up with you beautiful ladies.

I got up! I went to the gym! I worked one body part 3 sets X 15.
And did steady cardio for 20 min, incline 2% and 7.0 speed...only have had 4 egg whites ann 1/2 C oats...Not hungry at all!

One thing about appetite - it does change sometimes - just make sure you hit your 'feeding times' and no impact to your progress :)

Hello girls! I had agreat time last night party was a success, diet was not..LOL...al fine top of the line ingredients...did not eat much but tequila was my weakness last night. It had been a long time since my last drinking episode...not that I have a drinking problem, I have a calorie counter problem...LMAO...so if I did not drink it was only because every calorie counts....so last night I forgot about that and had good time, I laughed, cracked jokes, went to bed at 4:00...I thought I was fine today and when I walked around in the kitchen...I almost died...LOL...sugar levels must have lowered and also damn dehydartion and headache, ugh hang overs are the worst! So THANK GOD my lovely "Carmen" house service aid came and did all the dishes, silverware, wine glasses and liquor -highball- glasses, etc...you get the picture...24 persons 3 plates p/p...and on hunhover little flower...LOL...post more tomorrow...

Yes girls it WAs fun! So today I'm up and I will just go have a brisl walk at the park...It's a NYC Central Park wanna be...LOL...It's in the middle of the city, in the norh, so its hilly and near my house that is the best point. Natural woods, squirrels etc...It's a water spring...so it is neat...Today more families, strollers, kids...so it's good I'll be walking. Still going to measure speed ja ja ja snail walk...ja ja ja...with mu new polar S625x...I flaunt it like if it was a cartier.....Post when I get back..still have a slight headache....

(him being an ironman, always has been kind of a runner...me ney...more girlie things in the past, aerobics and golf, jogged because I HAD TO DO CARDIO)
I want so much to be perfect and it just makes me have a bad time...
I feel bad when I run with him, because I am not even 1/4 as afst as him...so I just get on this dumb ride....He has some "aquaintances" who are not at all good runners, so they are known as Johnny Walkers...I felt he had switched from Johnny Walkers to kindegarden cop....with me...I know it is dumb and all the adjectives we can name together...sO INSTEAD OF IT BEING A FUN RUN, IT WAS PREASURE YOURSELF FLORENCIA....
I will overcome it somehow...any ideas?

He wouldn't run with you if he didn't want to :) . Don't push yourself too hard when your running, (you can injure yourself and actually injure your chest wall muscles by over exertion ) and if he is going to fast ask him to slow down. Tell him it is his easy day for running (every runners got to have them)

If you want to get better at running, it shouldn't take too long, I surpassed my husband this year, but then he doesn't practice. I strongly suggest 2 hits a week and target a distance and a time you want to accomplish it. But pace, pace pace. I would rather finish than get to tired.

I did not post my last two meals yesterday...
1/2 zone bar at 18:00 and two cups of coffee.
3 egg whites with 2TBSP mushrooms 1 oz. mozzarela 2 oz. chicken.

Today I will do cardio and weights afternoon, it's raining and I decided not to go out till later on.

Mood is good, weight 120.56...I am hoping to get my macros on target...yesterday they were low.

Workout for today is:
Leg Press - 4 sets of 6-8 - 6 TUT
Stif deads - 4 sets - of 6-8 - 6 TUT
Lunges - 3 sets 12-15
Leg Curls - 3 sets 6-8 - 6 TUT
Seated Calf Raise - 4 sets 10-12 6 TUT

Meal 1: 3 egg whites
1/2 C oats w/water
coffee

Meal 2: 3 egg whites in omlett with filling of1 zucchini 1/4 carrot julianned.
coffee

Meal 3: 100 gr. grilled chicken
1.5 c veggies.
12 oz. clight

Meal 4:
! zone perfect bar
1 diet coke

Stiff Arm Pulldowns - 4 sets 10-12 6 TUT
Seated Rows - over hand grip - 3 sets of 12-15 - 4 TUT
Pulldowns to the BACK(ROPE ATTACHMENT) - 3 sets 0f 10-12 6 TUT
Hypers - 3 sets 10-12 - 4 TUT

Beautiful Flor :rose: ... STOP being so hard on yourself. In so many ways YOU ARE another womans (& I'm sure a mans) idea of what 'perfect' is. Your own personal Ironman I'm sure adores you.

I truly believe this idea of 'perfect' is a never ending journey... You will never reach the end of the road, and you never the goal. Your ideal 'perfect' will always change as you get closer & closer, and you will then set new standards. Try to focus on what you have accomplished so far, you HAVE to start somewhere. You will become a better runner if you keep at it. CK nailed the physical aspects of it, but it's up to you to adjust the mental part.

Hang in there you are doing fabulous.

Today had spin class left early only 30 minutes had to go to bus station, then went back hit 50 balls on driving range, and jogged 5 K in 36...Pretty slow, but 1 minute faster than tueday.
Diet good. In a hurry... can you tell? ha ha ha :qt:

I walk the 18 and had a great time! I use titleist Pro V 1 and they do not come in pink...LOL
 
Ran 5 K yesterday and back and shoulder workout,good day and also had a rested afternoon, went out to a japanese restaurant yum yum udon with fish and chicken, had a party last night only drank diet coke...bed late too late for me...1:30

I use Titleist also....The XXX tour something.....the pink ones came in a set of 15 golf balls that included: white, orange, yellow, pink, blue & green.....

Thanks Jens! I think I may be playing the gof annual tournament in the middle of Oct. I still have to practice some... I have had good ones in the past even trophies...LOL... Yet since separation and divorce I layed off a bit...But hunger for winning is coming back...LOL...I have no idea about the physical part...But if there is a will there is a way...Now I have to believe that!
I am off to the park in abit, to do some HITT, My arms mostly tris are sore from workout, also only the right calf..maybe mosre of soleus, in a bit of strain....
Butt is still sore form weights and maybe the HITT had something to do to...
Diet was good most of the week, last night was acomplete chaos...Had 1.5 sub, with pork loin and jalapeno.....well today will be good...
I am still sleepy...but bed is no place to be alone..LMAO...

Oh by the way H2O intake has been null...

It really was kick @ss as you put it! LOL...But I am lowering my cals this week because I ate bread yesterday! What do you know about udon noodles/ Good Bad Stay away fro me because I am on an 11 calorie p/lbs. diet?

Hmmm, not quite sure I've ever had them??? Just had some WW spaghetti though and THAT was pretty tasty :p

Udon is almost like spaghetti, but has no egg, it is great in broth and zucchini, carrots, mushrooms,lemon grass and of course diced chicken! :Chef:

Well I through some extra lean ground turkey in the crock pot and let it cook with diced tomatoes, mushrooms and a few random seasoning then through that on top of the whole wheat spaghetti and it was also very good :chomp:
That little concoction you made sounds great too!
