Today had spin class left early only 30 minutes had to go to bus station, then went back hit 50 balls on driving range, and jogged 5 K in 36...Pretty slow, but 1 minute faster than tueday.
Diet good. In a hurry... can you tell? ha ha ha

Ran 5 K yesterday and back and shoulder workout,good day and also had a rested afternoon, went out to a japanese restaurant yum yum udon with fish and chicken, had a party last night only drank diet coke...bed late too late for me...1:30
