Fitday custom food help

i have a bunch of custom foods that i am putting into my fitday log. i noticed on fitday alot of different nutrition facts for food that differ before and after cooking. i have info that i got off of my ground beef pack that i am putting in as a custom food, cause it is diff then the ones already on there. but i obviusly cook the beef before eating it. how do i know what my nutrition facts are after being cooked. i assume the facts on the pack are of the raw beef (correct?)
(I usually just pan fry the beef with a little non-stick spray.)
any ideas about how i should adjust due to cooking? or just put it in as the pack says?
