Hi, im starting up on Anavar tomorrow,
I will be on 50mg a day for 7 weeks, and im weighing in at about 275lbs.

I have been on a very strict diet for 2 months and have currently lost 25lbs just on diet and exercise.

I am just wondering what is the best types of workouts for me to do, to further the fat burning while on anavar?

Honestly ur down the wrong road. Aas shouldnt even be looked at. I hope you dont think var is going to melt fat away. My guess is ur probly some where arould 40% bf.

Diet and exersive bud thats what you need And avavar was proven to burn little little fat properties when used on rats for 10 weeks. @ 275 aas is a nono.

Summery u lost 25 pounds in 8 weeks! What more do you want!

+1 I agree. Stay with the weight loss skip the aas ( I know someone will weigh in and suggest tren ace as it does bind to certain types of fat but you just can't do it long term enough for it to really matter unless for significant fat loss--plus it can (anecdotal) adversely affect cardio.

If you do aas while trying to lose fat it is psychologically annoying as you know you are gaining muscle and losing fat but the scale stops going down and it tends to backfire on you --at least it does for me--I know bf% is dropping but there is nothing more satisfying while dieting than actually seeing the weight drop.

and it goes w/o saying the scale weight is stupid anyway but most of us do not have/are not coordinated enough to read our bf% correctly with calipers nor do we have a flotation tank readily available.

On another note, what will help is some of the OTC supps--the right ones actually work well (not magic but noticeable)

i'm starting my first anavar cycle, but i dropped 32kg down to approx 195lb's, trained for 2 years solid, my workout is nailed and so is my diet. i would hold on to the var until you have your training nailed, bf down and not to need ask that question mate. Then you can consider steroids.

Just my advice.

^^^What those guys said. You are wasting your money using AAS with anything over 18% or so BF, in my opinion, not to mention possibly harming your body for no good reason.

Chain yourself to that treadmill, bro, and get some help with diet, there are a lot of people out there willing to help if you just ask.

Only thing you might want to look into is GW-501516, as I have heard of heavy dudes shedding weight like crazy on that, when combined with diet/exercise.

#1 thing, get your diet in check, now. That alone can get you 50% of the way there.

Best to you, bro

Thanks for getting back to me guys,
look,
I am currently at 16.5" arms,
i also play soccer, aussie rules, and do gym 4 nights a week.
I just need something to help kick start the fat burning,
any other supplements that can help me out?

I have a lot more muscle than fat, I probably should have specified this earlier,
i have been natural since birth, but now thought it is time to get rid of the excess fat around the abs.
Im currently leg pressing around 400-450kg 3 sets of 8, so you can assume I have massive thighs/quads.

please leave your comments.

My main question was,
to help shred up, what kinds of exercises help the most.
like, do i focus on running, rowing etc?
coz most of my years i have been just heavy lifting and putting heaps of size on, and never focussed on the cardio side of things.
but now i want to drop weight because of it and show people that i actually have muscle.

How tall are you? 16.5" arms are very small on 275lb frame, so most of your weight must be on your gut... Also 50mg of var for 7 weeks aint gonna do much for fat loss.. You can save the var for later cause it aint gonna do much if you have over 25% bf, not to mention how expensive it is..

"S.H.Boost" when I trained for a BB competition I did only one type of cardio. I walked on a treadmill with a slight incline for 1 hour a day, 6 days a week as fast as I could walk. By the sixth day you should be able to detect that your face is getting thinner. That's usually a good sign that you're on the right track to lose fat.

not trying to cut you down bro, but the others are giving good advice...
the more experienced i become, im leaning towards fat loss being composed of 90% DIET, 7% training and 3% supplements... AND, whatever you use as far as supplements to get there, you will only regress back if your diet isnt adjusted accordingly...
to put things in perspective, i can leg press that weight for sets and reps and i weigh over 100lbs less than you...
you will have a time when aas will be beneficial to you, but right now we dont think that is the best option, you should check out the diet forum...
