First time cycle, pointers and tweaks needed

hey guys, just got a profile 2minutes ago so if i get anything wrong, please forgive me

im 21, 5'11, 209lbs, 4years training, 56lbs lean gain natural good diet , 5days a week gym, no cardio, i hav naturally low test believe it or not with my gains, 12.6 something per something, i only kno that number sorry. have i missed anything?

1. my cycle is 10weeks (70 days)XXXX test cyp 250, 500mg a week split into 2 jab days, the plan was to do my arse .5ml each cheek twice a week (fri and tues night) but i cant do my arse cos im so right handed i cant do both cheeks and i dont have any1 to jab for me lol so im going to do my delts (which i want biggest anyway) in the same manner as id of done with my arse

2. was thinking of getting var and doing that in my last 2-3weeks to help keep gains??? what do you guys think to that?

3. bar that tho, .5 XXX adex ED from first jabs (iv been gyno prone since puberty) this will last me the 70days on cycle and 30days of/into PCT which i hav some clomid to start a week after my last jab at 150mg on day 1; then 100mg for the next 7 days; followed by 50mg for 14 days.


first cycle so i wounder what u guys think, any advice or mainly anything iv got right or wrong would help, thank you

In opinion you should lay off the gear for another few years. You should be doing cardio too, after all your heart is your most important muscle. But if you are gonna start jabbing anyway, then you can pin your quads instead of your arse. One leg on fri, one leg on tues.

i edited out the brand talk.. honestly no one wants to know the brand you are taking.

i would go get a blood test and save that and understand what it is.. that is your baseline and will be important in the future as a reference. get a full panel done, its 50 bucks. Private MD - Buy Lab Tests Online pick the female hormone panel. you don't need the male panel.

good job on the 56 pounds naturally. your age is the only problem i have, i really prefer my guys be 25+ before juicing but 21 is the rules on here.. otherwise you are lookin good so far. atleast you already have a base unlike so many other newbs on here.

go to spotinjections website.. there are many places to jab. i like pecs, delts, and quads myself. i do not do my glutes as i am too wide shouldered and there is no way i can get to them. it doesn't matter where you jab, it isn't gonna make the muscle bigger.. please research what AAS does before starting your cycle and understand. it isn't a magic liquid that you inject and it makes the muscle grow.

just stick to test for a first cycle. and keep the cycle 10 weeks or less.

read the link in my signature on PCT and how to keep your gains after cycle. its all right there, follow it. and make sure you get your ancillaries BEFORE you start your cycle.

thank u, the site jab thing is a HUGE debate isnt it, people swear down it works but then all the glute lovers would hav J lo's lol dunno man,im same, the reach around just aint gonna happen lol, delts easy, see wat ur doing etc. read ur post, as for the hcg, clomid on a test only cycle iv read 100 times over is enough? keeping the gains via diet and stuff im very on top of, i didnt gain this weight in fat and water :P i havnt just gone, i wanna do gear, heres 1 iv seen about ill do that, i have really thought it through, done my research, the whole 9 yards, i just wanted a little reassurance if u get me?
 
practice having a very strict diet for a few months. once you can do that you will have a great cycle if you cant your cycle wont be great.
