fastest and slowest recovering muscles

Pops

New member
hello men/women.

maybe you can help me out. what are the quickest and slowest recovering muscles in the human body. from my understanding:

quickest recovering muscles:

calves
forearms
biceps
abs

slowest recovering muscles:

lower back
thighs
chest

.

what do you guys think?

My cock recovers relatively fast... about 20-25 minutes... which is alot faster than my chest or back which take many days. :)

My forearms never quite heal... however... :)

It all depends on how hard and intense you work that muscle.

not really. some muscle groups will take a shorter time to recover no matter how hard you work them.

the major deciding factor would be in the recovery (nutrition, rest etc) of that muscle group and other work being done on the muscle in the following hours and days

If i understand the question correctly the muscles will subject to the same workload

Citruscide.......you better pay more attention to your anatomy if you are going to become a personal trainer. I know you are "trying" to be funny...........but it wont work due to the tissue that your penis is made up of. try joking about a sexually related muscle group (that is acctually a muscle) like the P.C. kegal muscle

Kegel actually refers to the P.C. muscle. but in no way is named after Dr. Kegel. he merely advises to strengthen that muscle post partum in order to return the vagina to desired tension/strength. as for PC's for males, it is only for ejaculatory control. otherwise there is no reason to refer to said PC muscle as if Dr. Kegel was the founder. he merely made a recommendation and no anatomy book makes reference to said muscle as the "kegel muscle". a joke is a joke but can obviously be taken out of context. i think most of us know that the penis isnt made of muscle, actually corpus collosum, a cavern of blood gathering connective tissue.

no need to ride anyone's ass, if they make a joke.

as for recovery times and muscle groups...there are too many factors to make a generalized statement. do some research on typse of training and fiber types and make your own decision. there is no cut and dry answer.

you must admit that wanking/forearm and strongest and biggest muscle/penis jokes.......just arent funny.....the used to be when you first started training....but after reading 697 post that have the same joke i kind of get sick of it.....to the point of frustration

some books will list "P.C. kegal" as the acctual muscle...only due to the fact that "kegal" made numbers of people aware of it sfunctions. But i only refer to it in a way some would say "hamstrings" or "delts" or "lats"

but yes point taken
