Great advice. Right now Im bringing my carbs down. This week im at 150grams to 200grams non workout days and 150-250 grams on workout days. Depends on how I feel energy wise. I take a preworkout in the morning but try not to take in any caffeine after 1pm. Doing pretty well. Just got blood work done and all is well so far. Strength has definitely increased size, vascularity, and some added definition also. Adding in AMS PRO ANABOLIC STACK BOX KIT with deca vol, 4ad, and arom-x today. Next week bring my carbs down again and changing my routine to the Ultimate diet 2.0 routine.
