Expert Advice to run a cycle on mdrol or dmz.

Thanks I may grab a bottle for my next cycle I just bought a DMZ to go along with a friend to track progress.

How do you guys all feel about using a preworkout while on a ph? Ive done it in the past. My first cycle I had restlessness. But after that I didnt really have a problem. My friend whos running dmz currently says he having a serious problem with restlessness as a side effect. I said maybe he should not use a preworkout or a preworkout with out stims. What do you guys think? What have you experienced?

It could go either way.

Try it, it won't hurt. If you like it, then keep doing it.

I avoided pre wo with hormones because the pumps get crazy to the point it hinders my lifting.
 
Ive found that caffeine after noon or 1 pm keeps me up. Also adding in the AMS ANABOLIC BOX KIT in a few days when it comes in and bringing down my carbs again. Adding some nice size and strength so far. Vascularity and detail is definitely coming into play for me.

For me getting up in the morning was the biggest struggle
 
pre workouts on ph's just varies from person to person... i remember way back when the first week or so it didn't sit well with me... it adds to the already elevated bp and i could really feel it and it just didn't sit well... for some people, it doesn't bother them at all... just assess it with caution and be conservative to gauge what is good for you...
 
Great advice. Right now Im bringing my carbs down. This week im at 150grams to 200grams non workout days and 150-250 grams on workout days. Depends on how I feel energy wise. I take a preworkout in the morning but try not to take in any caffeine after 1pm. Doing pretty well. Just got blood work done and all is well so far. Strength has definitely increased size, vascularity, and some added definition also. Adding in AMS PRO ANABOLIC STACK BOX KIT with deca vol, 4ad, and arom-x today. Next week bring my carbs down again and changing my routine to the Ultimate diet 2.0 routine.

Anyone have a recommendation on what times to take the ams stack. Im looking at following the dosing chart however it doesnt say about with or without food.
