Does anyone know the effects of epherdrine or "energy boosts" on a body. I am a 25 year old aerobics instructor who takes on average 6 -2 125mg doses of epherdrine daily. I guess you could say I'm hooked. I have heard a lot of rumors on what this can do to your body and I would really like to know the truth behind the rumors!
 
From what i've been told as long as you gradually increase the doseage you should be okay--but I don't see why you would want to take so much? If I were in your position, I'd try to gradually lower your dosage until you are totally off of it for a while and give your body a much needed break. If you can get back to maintaining normal energy without the ephedrine you won't have to take as much the next time you take it. hence, the whole idea in cycling. Whether it hurts you or not, its no fun being dependent on a drug to get through your workouts. good luck man :(

6 -2 125mg doses

What the heck does this mean? 125mg doses? EPH HCL usually comes in 25mg doses.
 
it is supposed to cause body temp to go up which burns fat-it also clears out your breathing-I probably drink a couple of hundred mg a day of Stack drinks by ABB and I don't think it really gets me wired like it does for most people.

Sounds like you might be taking to much. If you are doing arobics and taking epehdrine you should have little or no body fat at that dose.

I have been taking Xenadrine which has Ephedrine in it, I dropped from 227 to 198 in eight months, but I ate preety clean also. I did not have to take the dosage that you are to have energy.
