I stopped reading when I got to this sentence, "I hate Fitness & Health."

I dont' want anyone giving me advice that HATES fitness and health. Because I personally love it. I also am a huge fan of the book "Burn the fat, feed the muscle" It gave me the knowledge needed to get started in this game. I lost 56 pounds of weight back using that book. I have moved onto other resources, but that book is a great starter book.

LOL, it's an advertising hook for the people who hate exercise but are still fat. The whole thing is an advert for the book & a bunch of bonuses.
Looks like a good starter for people.
