Spare me all the talk about how real food is a necessity and all right now becasue believe me i know i should have 4 real meals and maybe 3 protein shakes a day.
But i need to know is it possible to see lean mass gain with just two wholesome meals a day and the rest protein shakes. I have shakes loaded with carbs and ones without. The reason being i am goin to be active to the point i wont havetime to cook meals 4 tiems a day. Can i have great gains with mostly creatine/protein/ALA/glutamine/flaxseed oil/milk thistle/ and tribestan?
