Does my daily food intake look right?

Hey guys,

I'm currently cutting weight. Does my diet look right?

9:00am oatmeal, 7egg whites 2yolks, oatmeal. almonds.

12:00pm 8 egg whites, almonds.

3:00pm 8 egg whites, can of salmon/tuna, almonds, brocolli

6:00pm cottage cheese, 5 egg whites, almonds

9:00pm cottage cheese, 5 egg whites

Does the above look right? I don't really measure my cottage cheese or oatmeals precisely. I eat about 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and 1/2 cup of oatmeal each sitting. Almonds is about a handful per sitting.

Do I need to add anything to it? Or maybe take some out? I've calculated my daily protein intake to be about 200-220grams and fat is about 100g or less. Carbs, I don't know.

I've lost almost 20 pounds so far since the end of May and need to lose another 20 or so. I'm 5'5 216lbs at the moment with about 25-30% body fat. I know my numbers aren't exact, but I believe them to be very close.

Thanks!

I forgot to mention. I also take a multi vitiamin and 2 fish oil tablets which are like 1500mg each( so they say). I also drink tea and coffee before each lifting session. I do about 30 minutes of light cardio each day and lift heavy 5 days a week (squats, deadlift, overhead/dips, front squats)

Dude that's a lot of eggs......... I would switch up and eat some lean meat instead to mix it up a little. You definitely need a bit more carbs in your diet otherwise you would be walking around feeling like crap everyday. And most important of all, reverse your workout routine. You should be doing high intensity cardio 4 days a week and lift 2 days a week, 1 day to rest. And I hate to say this but with the kind of foods you're eating, I highly doubt you can stand eating it for the rest of your life. A diet is a lifestyle change, otherwise you will just lose all that weight just to put it back on again.

Yea I'm sorta sick of eggs. I do get in some lean meat time to time. I eat that canned chicken breast stuff and tuna. The reason I don't list it is because eggs are my primary source of protein. That and powder whenever my protein for the day is short.
