dnp cycle

going to be starting my dnp cycle hopefully tommorow night taking my cap at 10:00 pm

Is it really neaccery to carb deplete before i start
Im 17
going to be doing 400 mg a day
I weigh 100 kg anybody think thats is to much
Well i am well prepeared
It freezing here about 5 c in the day and night even colder got fans gonna do all my multi vits
