Ok switch this over the 10x3 at the same weight. Once you get to 10x3 then add weight but not until.

Thanks Lads !! You cheered me up ;) I guess I'm just finding it strange that I've list strength due to my diet I was OHP @ 67.5kg before I started the diet and calorie cut.
But on a good note I'm starting to look cut up instead of like a big shapeless lump ;)

Thanks i Actualy find the squats pretty easy too , That's what I will do then I like the 10x3 on bench it done wonders for my strength.
Tbh I'm still working with the dead that guy said to do it side ways at the mirror and soon as I left I knew where I'm going wrong it's when I reach lock with shoulder blades flexed then on the way back down that's where the curve in my spine happens. It's driving me mad but at least I now know where the problem lies now I just need to correct it ;)

Yeah Zeds right... you're OHP is f@*&ing fantastic, you're lifting huge amounts.. missed one rep...don't get disappointed..GET EVEN, grrrrrr :evil::evil::evil::evil::evil:
