Thanks Chic!! ;) my 3rd attempt today at ohp 60kg 5x5. I missed one rep last week that sucks!

And yeah CS and Bader your both right on lol. On that stuff you feel invincible like in Baders words a walking god but that's the problem well certainly in my case anyway ;)
Now I just don't drink as drink in my case leads to trouble !
 
I know you'll smash it D. I'll be surprised and disappointed if you don't! :D

Heres a tip on reaching it , Drop the weight to 50% do it fast until failure,do this for 3 weeks and then go for it ,i bet you won;t believe how easy it will be. :)

Thanks you guys I'm pretty bummed I didn't get the full numbers again. Going to de load I only missed one rep again that sucks;(

Don't feel too bad luv, it happens. I really like what Radar said. I did a similar thing with lat pulldowns to help with my pull ups once...
If that doesn't work I've another trick up my sleeve which may help. :)

D honestly thems funkin good numbers,i spotted guy i known 10yr training an he was peddling a bike on 30kg dumbbells,well dooooooone
 
Yeah Bounce is right, 60kg is bloody great for you. It's like 80% of your BW. Not to be sniffed at! :) compare that to me, I'd have to be doing 5x5 with 88kg to have the same proportional strength. :) do what Radar said and then come back and kill it! :D
