Squat 2x7 @35k

5x5 80kg. 176lbs

B press 2x5 30k WU
6x3 + 1 rep @ 77.5 kg 170lbs


Seated lat raise. 5x5 @ 77.5kg 170lbs side pulled both at same time..

100 curls
@ 5kgs 11 lbs
arms blew up like balloons the pump was unreal I couldn't even make
