Quick post up between reps, felt bit crap this morning but 3 sets into squats and I'm feeling gurd!
Gym empty as mostly is AM so blasting The Carter 3 my fav lifting album , think I'm going to cut pre workout carb load a little as I'm not sure with my diet been clean all day until the next morn when I load up that it's making me crash as its been the last 3 days I felt like that.. Any opinions guys n gurls?
