Quick post up between reps, felt bit crap this morning but 3 sets into squats and I'm feeling gurd!
Gym empty as mostly is AM so blasting The Carter 3 my fav lifting album , think I'm going to cut pre workout carb load a little as I'm not sure with my diet been clean all day until the next morn when I load up that it's making me crash as its been the last 3 days I felt like that.. Any opinions guys n gurls?

What are you saying? You're crashing later in the day after carb loading pre workout in the AM? I can't see your diet breakdown so I don't know what your eating through the day, from personal experience, I find fasted cardio a real killer and being on a low carb diet keeps my legs feeling dead most of the day.

Yeah CS I eat my carb loads the go to work two our shift the feel like I cba after that bout two hours from breaky
