Hello Guys!
Im new to strongman training per se. However I have been bodybuilding for almost 8 years and have decent size. I came across an old ironman article on Dinosaur Training. In it had a sample program that looked really interesting. A break from bodybuilding movements. I noticed alot of odd exercises that we dont usually see or hear about. Lots of 5x5 and single rep sets.
What Im looking for are original articles on this type of training. I lost that old ironman magazine.
Also I always tought strongmen were always on th eplumpy side, but after finding this webpage I notice the front page showed some guy looking very much ripped and powerful. This is my goal... strength and hardness to match my size.
