Hi there, I'm wanting to loose about 20lbs. I was wondering if someone will be kind enough to make a diet plan for me. I do NOT like protein shakes and work at Quiznos. Since I have 2 kids ages 2 and 4years old and work full time don't have much time to prepare meals etc. Also, had knee surgery (had a mencus tear) about a year ago haven't been exercising. Everytime I try exercising my knee swells up so is there anything I can take (drugs) which will help me heal so I can exercise. I'm about 5.6" and weigh 148lbs my prepregancy weight was 120lbs.
