Thanx for the link

I used the calculator and here is what I got

cals fat carb prot
6786 178 508 801

my pie chart went like this fat 24% carbs 27% prot 49%

this is how I eat already and am making gains natty I just need to know if I need to change anything when I go on my cycle? :Chef:

sounds at least 3,000 cals off..something is messed up with your calculation there..no way you are eating over 6k. if you are, you probably should reduce, however, I would bet my life you are not.

Try to figure out the cals from the packaging during the day. It seems like you eat relatively clean and are getting some fats in, so that's not really an issue.

If you want to cut back on bodyfat, slowly reduce until you start to see losses. It's important you don't drop too fast or eat too little cals.

On the contrary, if you are trying to bulk I would just eat around 3,500 cals and adjust from there (if you see an increase in bodyfat rapidly cut back on cals, and vice versa)

peanut butter sandwiches and pork chops are not staples in a clean diet. anpb by itslef yes...2 pork chops everyday...HELL NO!

i also think that 90g of protein per serving is too much...especially when your eating other real proteins with it like in meal 1. and 800g of protien is just absolutely insane...your gonna ruin your kidneys eating that much everyday...you should aim dor 1.5-2g per pound so the most you really should be eating is around 400g. i fixed the diet up for ya...take a look

just eat big......

you obviously know how to diet.

but 6k is alot, and it didnt look like a true 6k diet.

Hold old are you, how tall, etc?

Im 5"11.
20 yrs old

and eat about 4k/day and have been growing like a weed.

porkchops = enemy bro...

i went on eating boneless spare ribs/brown rice thinking that the spareribs were decent, well my dumb ass found out they were pork. PORK is horrible for diets. Just too much BAD fat for me in them.

Thanx for everbodys help on this one I think the reason why everyone is confused on the 6k cals is because of the whey protein I am taking which consists of 45g of protien, 190cal/scoop only 1g of carbs and I have that x 6 which equals 540g of protien and 1140 cal........I think I will go with jpt's meal plan sounds more sensable. And dont forget my job is very active and I have a high metabolism, so Im not forcing myself to eat im eating when im hungry.....this may be the reason for making good gains natt. As for my height weight etc... these are all posted on the first post
thanx again
does this really mean I cant eat pork chops:(

how old are you?? if your making good gains natty why jump on the gear already? i would wait until you start to stall on lifts..then jump on it....

im 27 yrs old, and I have stalled on lifts and mass the most I ever weighed is 205lbs at 12% bf I couldnt maintain it do to elbow injury. I was always that skinny guy growing up and people would always say why dont u eat something " your soo skiney" so I started lifting and made good gains I used to be 150lbs at '6.1" thats skinny! My goal wait is 240lbs with 12% or less bf I want to be big but healthy. I just dont think that my nat test levels will support that kind of growth :mrmuscle:
