Hello Guys. I saw your website and just wanted to talk to you about my current situation if you don't mind. A year ago i weighed 110kg and came to 92kg on diet alone. After that my weight would not drop down no matter how much i dieted or exercised. Then i started my cycle of tren+test+tyromel which helped me alot and currently i am on my 3rd cycle of one month using tren+test+oxendrolone. And my body fat had reached 12% a month ago. My current weight is now 86kg and my upper abs are showing but the problem is my lower abs. It still has fat on it. My trainer said that the current cycle i am on will fix this. He also gave me the following diet to follow
Meal 1
4 egg whites one whole egg
1 scoop whey
Meal 2
1 scoop whey
Meal 3
Chicken breast with salad
Meal 4
After workout 1 scoop whey
Meal 5
Chicken breast with salad
Is this enough or should i change? Thanks for your time Guys.

here is the truth about body fat and males.. we tend to hold excessive body fat in our tummies, so the fact that you can see your top 4 abs is great news, it just means you need to get your overall body fat a bit lower so that excess fat is gone. keep working at it, it is very difficult to keep a 6 pack as a male as you get older, I don't care what anyone says. a big reason is lifestyle. try juggling a family, career, and stress while staying at a lean body fat. I have seen a lot of guys succeed at having a 6 pack at 40, but they failed in their marriages. so it isn't easy and i give anyone credit who can pull it off at that age.

As a whole your diet looks pretty good but it's VERY low carb and low calorie. You wouldn't want to be on a diet like that for an extended period of time because it will crush your metabolism.

The human body is very smart. If you are on a low calorie diet for an extended period of time, your body will lower it's metabolic rate to prevent weight loss. That's why you always hear people talk about including 'high carb days' or 'refeed' days into their diet programs.

The best way to loose body fat without burning out your metabolism is through carb cycling. Carb cycling makes a lot of sense. Both scientifically and in a real world sense. No one will question the fact that carbs are anabolic. The problem with carbs is that too much of them will simply get you fat.

By carb cycling, you get the best of everything. The low carb days are fat loss focused and re-sythnesis muscle insulin sensitivity and the high carb days are very anabolic and replenish depleted glycogen levels.

I explain how to set up a carb cycling diet and have a full sample meal plan in this article here -> http://www.evolutionary.org/forums/supplements/carb-cycling-exposed-trevor-44776.html

I would add some carbs in there personally. Try something like oatmeal and sweet potatoes in there to give you some energy. Unfortunately the lower abs are one of the last and toughest places to get rid of fat on males.

I would suggest having more food and less supplements in your diet. Out of 5 meals, 3 of them is pretty much whey? Does not sound too healthy
