Diet Experts: HELP With CKD

I have a few problems with my CKD so far... let me outline it real quick. First of all I am 17 years old, 5'11", 225 lbs., and my estimated bodyfat% is 18.3%. During days 1-6 I am taking in anywhere from 2000-2500 calories with under 20-25g of carbs. However... I have a few questions..

#1 I am not counting grams of fiber as carbs. For example Ill eat dry cashews that contain 20g of carbs but 16g of those carbs are fiber for example... is that still alright? The same goes for protein bars and almost all foods. I never count fiber as carbs which from what I understand is okay to do.

#2 Is it okay to eat peanuts and cashews and things like that as long as the carbs are low?

#3 Are diet drinks alright to drink? For example Diet Mountain Dew etc.

#4 Its the 5th day and I feel VERY FLABBY... which is weird because days 3-4 I felt harder and not as soft. Why is that?

#5 Do you suggest ALA on non-carb days? I have heard to take it the first 2 days to enter ketosis or something along those lines.

#6 How much ALA should I take on the carb-up day? I have heard anywhere from 1000 - 2000 mg.? Is that too much?

Also some other things.. for my 1 carb-up day is a complete binge day. Ill be taking 20-30g creatine and 1-2g ALA. Loading up with high-sugary pretty low-fat foods. Like sugar candies etc. Total binge day. I am curious if maybe this is having some sort of ill affect on my body.

Also how do I feel so FAT today? I mean maybe its just me but my calories are under 2500 usually with my carbs under 20g per day. Supposedly I should enter ketosis and drop bodyfat like crazy... Please check out my online journal in the online journals section to see exactly what I have been doing.

HELP!!
THANK YOU!! For replies...

By the way.. the average day this week consisted of...

Meal #
1- diet soda, hot dogs or maybe heavy whipping cream with low-carb protein power
2- cashews or peanuts
3- BBQ pork rinds
4- hot dogs or maybe a low-carb protein bar
5- hot dogs or heavy whipping cream and protein powder
6- cream cheese or steak-ums

All things along those lines for the most part...
:confused::confused:

you must count fiber as carbs according to all I've read by dipasquale and duchaine-you can eat anything that is low in carbs-I'd avoid diet soda and drink crystal light instead or water-you should feel strongest on the day after the carb up-you may feel flabby because you no longer feel the pump from the carb load-the carb up day should be 65%of calories in form of carbs-ALA, I'm not sure on-duchaine said to take vanadyl on carb up days-remember that with the keto diet, the fatter you are when you do it, the faster you'll lose fat

where is the bacon, steak, eggs, fish that dipasquale tells you to eat daily?

I think this topic was covered before many times. Fiber is a carb. Try avoiding it at all and supplement it with MV and MM

ok... first off...

fiber is not counted as a carb... but suggestions say not to have more than 6 grams at a serving because of the time it takes to
be removed from the body...

second...

i would suggest eliminating hot dogs from your diet and
replacing it with beef or chicken... there have been many reports
of hot dogs being a problem with those in ketosis... because of
the way its processed and such
