I'm typing most of this up on my phone so bear with me (...bored waiting on ass clown client). Anyways can i get me some feedback on where to improve diet. The goal is to reduce bf 4-5% over 6 wks while keepin all muscle maybe even gain not sure how i'll do on SARMs. Currently 210, approx 17% bf, 6'1".

5:00am - Wake up, half banana + Forged Burner + N2slin + 25mg Osta + 25mg S-4 + 5mg GW-501516
5:30am – 3 mi run (outside)
6:00am –3/4 cup Granola and 1 cup Fat free milk; 1 scoop whey shake, 2 multi-vitamin, triple str fish oil, Glucosa/Chondro
9:30am –homemade breakfast taco (egg whites, fat free cheese, lowfat turk sausage)
Noon –Chicken breast; 2 servings chopped veggies; lowfat parmesan; 25mg S-4 (also 11:30 N2slin)
2:30pm –2 scoops whey shake; half sandwich w/dbl turkey, lettuce, tomato, mustard + Forged Burner
5:00pm –25mg S-4 + 5mg GW-501516
6:00pm (M,Th) –2 mi run (treadmill), weights, HIIT 20min
6:00pm (T,F,Sa) – 5 mi run (treadmill), weights
7:30pm –60g whey shake + N2slin
8:30pm – Wild rice and beans; Meat (Tilapia or Chicken Br or Ground lowfat turkey), 2 cups fat free Chocolate milk or 1 cup Fat free cottage cheese
10:30pm –Bed

Maintenance cals –2750
Actual cals –2300
Protein –250g
Carbs –210g
Fats –45g

I'm quite new to cutting so hopefully someone more experienced can chime in but I would personally try and lower my carb intake a little more. Your diet looks pretty sweet to me, if your seeing your bodyfat slowly reduce then I think your on the right track and the best thing for you to do is just to stay consistant and not rush it. Are you getting results still with your diet or are you not loosing anymore?

I'm about one week in right now and I've seen some definite hardening up a maybe a couple lbs fat loss. I didn't start in on the GW until yesterday. I've got another big cardio session this afternoon with 10g of GW and fresh bump of S-4 in me....i'm gonna push the shit outta myself.

Yeah brother like raze put it to ya. I would personally lower those carbs. Try pyramiding your carbs. 20/30/30/40/30/30 this tricks your body and hard to adjust, I know that's really low for carbs but it's how your body burns fat based on carb intake. You can higher or lower depending on your goals, experience etc.. Just keep lifting hard, incorporate cardio, and keep your diet as clean as possible :)
