having been going awesome for me.
i'm a fairly experienced deadlifter with pretty perfect form...for me when i use bad dl form my lower back gets painfully sore.
not once has this happened while 20 reping, only thing painfully sore is my hams and calves a little bit.
been a great break from the rut of low reps i was in.
i'd suggest giving them a try.
