deadlift 20 rep sets

having been going awesome for me.
i'm a fairly experienced deadlifter with pretty perfect form...for me when i use bad dl form my lower back gets painfully sore.
not once has this happened while 20 reping, only thing painfully sore is my hams and calves a little bit.
been a great break from the rut of low reps i was in.
i'd suggest giving them a try.

I have always used a low rep, heavy weight approach to deads. The dude who is kinda my mentor I guess, an ex BB'er, says form breaks down with high reps, so go heavy and pull 3 to 6 reps. Has certainly improved my max DL, and thickened my back too.
