Just got my two bottles yesterday.
Woke up, ate some rice, vegetables, and meat at 7am. Didn't want to take the T-Rex because I wanted to continue my sleep on the commute into the city.
Had a low-carb protein bar and protein drink at 10:30, along with my first ever capsule of T-Rex. I didn't feel any stimulatory effects, because I fell asleep on the subway to and from the courthouse. I was very, very thirsty, though.
At 2PM I had a Big 'n' Tasty and a chicken fajita. I was still so hungry I got a Big Mac afterwards (I'm pretty full, now). I think the nooptropic effects might be kicking in - I feel awfully focused as I post on the forums.
I'm not sure if I feel hot. I've been sweating a little bit, but I'm in a suit and tie walking around in the city.
Won't be working out until after work. We'll see how that goes.
May try two caps tomorrow, depending on what time I go to sleep tonight.
Question:
If I'm taking creatine and trying to put on lean muscle mass, will T-Rex help me get ripped? My current BF% is probably around 15.
