Dang guys need some helpful ideas relating to plateaus due to diet???

Well, to make a long story short, I have always been an endomorph all my life. At 17yrs old, weighed 282lbs, max bench press of 135lbs, to give you an idea of what my bodyfat was at 282..... so therefore I have always been overweight and it has bothered me ever since i was a teenager. Now im 22, got down to 209 at lowest weight ... Ran a cycle 3 months ago now Im sitting at about 222-224 depending on water intake.
My problem is that I get so discouraged when it comes to fat loss period. I feel like my body is adapting to my low calorie/clean food lifestyle? I'm thinking my body is getting used to the clean foods and low cals and it is starting to plateau... is this possible? any suggestions as far as making my body start making changes again? maybe i'm paranoid because I just got off cycle and gained 15lbs and that just makes me feel fat.

As far as cheat meals, I usually try to dedicate 1 meal where i GORGE and eat til i am literally STUFFEd and cant breath right, lol. So should I just stop eating clean altogether for 2,3, or 4 weeks and then start again? Should I just eat what I want to on the weekends for a few weeks? Just need some ideas about what I can do to change up my diet routine. Just feel like i am running in circles. thanks, k for help
 
Just to add a little extra, I dont know exact BF but i'm going to guess 16 to 18....... I can bench 245 for 9 reps now...so went from 282 benchin 135 to 222 benchin 245 9 times. If im 18%BF now, then what was I at 282lbs and before I gained at least 40lbs of muscle??? :worried: Im guessing I was 50% BF at 282lbs but im not sure........

Also, I realize what some of my biggest weaknesses are...

Many mornings (I work night shift so morning is when I go to bed) I will eat food with carbs in it just to have a quick fix...I know this is a problem but actually how harmful can this be as far as weight loss? I also might do 5whole eggs and 5 egg whites scrambled, but then have a full glass of OJ with it. I also realize OJ has high sugar carbs and that probably isn't good... Any of you diet pros give me your thoughts on how bad that is so maybe I will wake up and make changes?
 
just do more cardio and learn how to cook good tasting healthy meals. eliminate the 5 whole eggs and instead use 1 whole egg maybe and 8 egg whites. Any juices are really bad when losing fat. You shouldn't be drinking juice while eating any way. Just drink water
