I walk into work today tired and hungry. I'm doin at High Medium Low Carb cutting diet. Today is 303 grams of protein from eggs, chicken, powder, and chicken. I'm tryin to make up for my cheat weekend last week. Went from 194 to 186 in 6 days. But seriously low carb sucks and I feel like a loser. Everyone today was like are you ok? Why u mad? What happened? I'm like wtf I'm fine. How do u guys feel and deal with no carb or low carb days. I use diet coke, tea, and my xbox lol.
