yup i agree with the last post. usually the stress is worse for you body then the not eating try not to stress i know its hard (i know the feeleing). Just eat a good meal after the meeting.

If you reall need to get some food in, just fake a toilet break and have some fast grub in the stall. a bar is easy to hide in your pocket
 
Hey, don't get me wrong, I wouldn't have to take a break. I have no problem with munching on a power bar in front of anybody, I just didn't have one. Anyway, I had a pretty good week overrall. I don't really sweat it when I cheat. Life is too short!

I will try hard to have at least a few "perfect" days in November though.
 
one day at a time

OK, I am back on track now. Today I had a near-perfect diet and training day. After a great morning run and upper body workout including 1 rep max on the bench, I have eaten:

meal 1 - eggs/lean bacon/grits
meal 2 - tuna
meal 3 - tuna

3 more meals to go! I will grab some beef jerky on the way home from work for meal 4.

I hope to make it to bed tonight without cheating!
 
I am proud to report...

..that I finished strong yesterday with 40g of protein from beef jerky (no fat/carbs), and later on fat free ham and cheese sandwich w/yogurt. Okay, I did have a little ice cream too. DAMN!

Today has been great. Great run and weight workout this am, nothing but myoplex shakes and tuna so far today!
 
Sometimes if you are struggling at night, you may want to add a bowl of oatmeal to your breakfast--I've found that this helps me avoid late-night binges. Also as soon as the munchies hit, pound a salad or some veggies and drink water until you feel like you are going to explode.
