Great workout this am. My first two meals were small and balanced with protein/carbs. Then I got stuck in a meeting that I was sure would last at most 2 hours. It lasted 3 1/2 hours! I went 4 hours without eating (except for the doughnut, ok 2 doughnuts I stuffed to avoid starvation). Oh well, I'll be good the rest of the day, and there is always tommorow!
