Ok, I have a couple more questions. I was planning to start counting cals this week and doing ratios. Now this is probably gonna be a dumb question. I've been wondering and if I dont ask I'll never find out. I take my creatine with grape juice. This has 40 carbs. I count this, dont I? It just sucks to have to count it as a carb when it's not even a good quality carb.
