Cutting Diet

Hi, looking for advice on my keto cutting diet.

Some background:
(1) this year, I had become depressed, gone on anti-depressants, basically because I have had chronic daily headaches for 2.5 years now (literally headaches 24/7, with not a single second break in 2.5 years) and in last 4 months have constantly binge ate, gaining 2-3 kilos since that photo, largely out of depression because have chronic headaches and working as a lawyer is a bad combo. I still look good with a shirt on, but it pisses me of that I have only a slight 4pack instead of a decent 6 pack. Also, since I've decided I want to learn olympic lifting (snatches etc), I'm seeing a trainer and focussing on technique more than anything else to try to get form etc good enough so I can eventually do these lifts. Because of this, I wouldn't be increasing lifts anway so there is point in bulking. I appear to have got my shit together though regarding binge eating

(2) Please critique my keto diet. I've never done keto. I'm curious to see what it's like, and particularly given its used to treat hardcore epilepsy patients, and many epileptic drugs are used to treat chronic headaches, I'm curious to see whether it could help at all.
(3) Also, should I consider using MCT's pre-workout as energy source? Does souble fibre, which produces short chain fatty acids in your lower intestines, do anything similar

(1, 7am) Breakfast, 5 whole eggs (scrambled), with 10 grams pyillium husk (1500kjs)
(2 9am meal) Weights, then immediately 40 grams waxy maize with 10 creatine, 10 BCAA, 10 glutamine, then 20 minutes later 20 grams whey
(1500 kj's)

(3, 10:30am) 4 scrambled eggs (1200 kj's)
(4, 2pm) 1/3 large tin of salmon; 30 grams flaxseed; 200 spinach (1500 kj's)
(5, 7pm) 15 grams whey & 3 omega 3 pills, then cardio, then immediately 10 grams BCAA, 10 glutamine (800 kj's)
(6, 8pm) 100 grams 50% reduced fat cheese; 200 gram spinach; 20 grams almond butter (2000 kj's)

8500 kj's (2100 calories), 45% F, 45% P, 10%C

(REFEEDS every Sat)

So far I have done this since Tuesday, and to my suprise, I'm still energetic. I ran 13km's on thursday in a pretty standard time for me, and ran 124 flights of stairs yesterday and recovered well.

BUMP

What about this diet instead (closer to standard keto ratios)

(1) 100 gram Kangaroo, 25 MCT oil (pre-workout)
(2) PWO, 20 gram waxy, BCAA, glut then 30 gram whey 20 minutes later
(3-5) 100 grams salmon, 15 grams flaxseed oil
cardio, then BCAA, glut
(6) 300 gram spinach, 100 gram mushrooms, 5 scrambled eggs, 20 grams 50% reduced fat cheese, psyillium husk.

30 grams carb; 120 F; 170P

Macros 54% F; 34% P; 6% net carbs; 6% fiber (souble fibre actually has calories, as it forms short chain fatty acids)

Multi vitamins

I personally think the 2nd diet is better because you are getting more protein and low(er) carbs. High Protein/Low Carb/Mod Fat is a good cutting diet, works for me!
