whats up guys ill be starting my pre contest dieting for a show out here in california which is held in may..stats are..5'7, 202lbs, 12% bf...just finished a bulk cycle with test enanthate so i gotta start cutting..my goal is to get to at least 8% bf if not less..im running clenbuterol at 80mcgs daily in the interest of money and im also taking Cuts 3 by prolab for the heck of it.. I also had to arrange my diet sched around my class scheduale.. Critique Please!
Clen is gunna be cycled 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
Cutting Diet
6:30: A.M. Cardio (3-4 days a week for 30 min, low intensity)
7:30: 8oz tuna, 2 tbsp NPB. 1 cup oatmeal
10:45: 8oz tuna, 1 cup brown rice
2:15: 1 scoop whey protein
WORKOUT (weights)
4:15: 2 scoops whey protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal
6:00: 10 egg whites, large green salad (maybe fat free cream cheese??)
9:00: 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 scoop whey
Supplements im taking:
Xtend by Scivation
Multi Vitamin
Fish Oil
Uni-Liver by Universal
ZMA
Taurine
Black Powder by MRI
Glutamine
