Carbs after training?.....FUCK YA!!
There are only 2 days out of the year that I don't eat carbs post workout.......that's monday & tuesday of "show week" during carb deplete phase (only eat 60g carbs at breakfast on those days)
Get the "no carbs after training idea" out of your head man!!.........Hurry, before its too late.........unless you like the "swimmer" look, lololol!!
